IPI focuses mainly on the quality of the components and materials used in the production process. It includes a visual check on the quality of packing materials and accessories. IPI permits timely corrections and improvement before mass production is initiated.  upon completion of IPI, the inspector will provide technical advice to the factory in order to improve product quality and to minimize the chance of defects during production.     

Main check point for Initial Production Inspection:

• check the all raw material and components manufatured to meet client standards.
• evaluate the goods’ design’s reliability  during the initial stages.
• detect any producton problems occurs during process during the initial stages.
• Improve the production capacity by putting forward valuable suggestion.
